Snow What?!

So there I am....sound asleep

4:00 AM today..........

under piles of toasty blankets

dreaming of burgers and angelfood cake.....

When all of a sudden..........




 I am roused from my slumber to charge outside into the darkness and 20 degree tempertures with my other canine companions.
What the.................?  At first I thought I had discovered a giant pee pad. The largest I'd ever seen.
Alas, .... I was sadly mistaken. The ground had been replaced with ICE! Cold hard ice and snow!
The bottom line was that I had to do my "business" outside, in the dark, in 20 degree temperatures on the ICE!..................I gotta do "IT" in an ICE Bucket!

Seemed like it took forever for that ice and snow to melt.......

It wasn't very much.....
 as ice and snow goes.....

But......as we all must realize by now......
it doesn't take much to mess up a little dogs day

Where is Rascal anyway?....................

Probably chasing a mouse
around the wood pile.

He has such a hard time staying
focused on the task at hand
